Initial steps checked: -
1) Tried downloading the report by clicking download option, Able to download it.
2) Tried renaming the report and downloading it, Able to download.
3) Checked if any vusoft config logging changes were done recently, found that no changes were done.

Actual issue found:-
In Preferences Analyzer preferences
Found that Production Analyzer1 IP was given instead of DR Analyzer1 IP.

Solution Steps in Detail
- Tried downloading the report after renaming it. No issues were found, able to download it properly.
- Tried downloading the report via email by clicking email. No mails were received to configured email id’s.
- Checked for Analyzer preferences where production Analyzer IP was there. After changing it to DR Analyzer IP, issue was resolved.
Corrective actions if any to avoid in future: - Need to do the basic pre-requisite checks that are required for generating Reports before and after switching to DR/PR (like SMTP port opening check, correct Shipper/Analyzer IP Preferences to be given in preferences).
