Report is showing empty when downloaded a report from UPI Dashboard

  2. As a work around asked to reduce count of BMVs involved in the Dashboard.

Steps followed to Report on dashboard Showing empty after downloading.


1. Created a new report on dashboard and downloaded the report and found to be empty.


2.  Checked the logs and found the report module is getting timed out.


3. Samson tried increased the report module time and still faced the  same issue.


4.As the tried solutions didn’t work, checked count of BMVs involved.


5.Count of BMVs are more than 200 .


6.In Current Architecture, report module doesn’t support 100s of BMVs.


7. As a work around, asked to split the Dashboard into small parts to generate a report.
