What’s the Issue?

Getting failed to execute bulk item (index) index {[vunet-1-1-esb-otp-2022.10.27] in Elasticsearch logs

Issue:

Issue is due to the below reason.

In the logs, there is a field call msgdate which is in date format but will inserting to the elasticsearch, msgdate field indexed as string data type.

Solution:

There are two solutions:

1. Remove the field msgdate.
2. Convert data type of msgdate field to string type.
