What’s the Issue?


Unable to collect queue depth from Java agent and getting nullpointer exception in logs.


Issue:

Null pointer exception is not handled in 2.0 version of java agent.




Solution:


We have installed 2.4 version of java agent. Null pointer exception is not handled properly in earlier version of java agent.

After upgrading the agent to 2.4, Able to collect all the metrices for IBM WMQ version 9 from java agent and not getting Null pointer exception in logs.
