What’s the Issue? 

Report is not getting displayed with all BMV metrics

Describe the Issue in Detail


Requirement :

We had a requirement to showcase 6 metrics in a single report.

Problem Statement :

1. After downloading the report we are unable to see all 6 metrics instead only 3 or 4 metrics were getting displayed.

2. The metrics in the report were getting truncated when we tried downloading the report by hiding few metrics in the BMV.




Solution Summary

ICICI Vienna build version was older one and missed some fixes when compared to the latest build version.

After updating the build version data truncation issue in Reports got fixed.

Solution Steps in Detail

  1. Tried downloading the report with 8 columns. But when downloaded the report in pdf format using phatomjs, we were seeing only 4 columns
  2. Tried downloading the report by hiding few metrics in BMV. Column width of the existing metrics increased and the report was not showing all the metrics.
  3. Tried downloading the report in print mode to check the id and response of the BMV Vizualisation, but no report details were getting displayed.
  4. After updating the Vienna build version, Report issue was fixed.


Corrective actions if any to avoid in future : - No changes have to done in Vienna configurations
